Student Grievance Redressal Committee

The student grievance redressal committee has been established with the aim to resolve student grievances and concerns with the highest standards of integrity fairness and confidentiality.

Objective:

To create and implement a mechanism to handle the reported grievances.

To forward the findings to the management if it necessary for further action.

To attend the grievances based on the authenticity and gravity of the criticisms made.

To represent the grievances to the concerned section which may include maintenance, transport, academic, amenities, etc...

To make a follow up of these matters at regular intervals till their final disposal.

And to maintain strict confidentiality, if necessary.

Scope

The committee formally meets to review all cases. Prepares a statistical reports about the number of cases received, attended and the number of pending cases if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.

The committee formally will review all cases and will act accordingly as per the norms of student grievance redressal committee.

The committee will give report to the authority about the cases attended and the number of pending cases.

Encouraging the students to express their grievances.

Functions

To ensure transparency in imparting technical education.

To ensure non-payment or delay in payment scholarships.

To provide a positive and inclusive atmosphere, where students focus on their studies and growth.

To ensure a transparent and unbiased process for handling grievances.
